Read the requirements and price shown for each activity or transaction. A displayed opportunity, click, timer, or estimated reward does not by itself establish a payable completion.
01 Agreement & eligibility
These Terms apply to the AoyTasks website and the advertising, publisher, offerwall, API, and reward services provided through it. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these Terms and the requirements shown for the feature you use. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
The service is not intended for children under 13. You must also meet any higher minimum age or eligibility requirement set by applicable law, a campaign, or a third-party provider. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement yourself, you may use the service only where lawful and with the permission and supervision required from your parent or guardian.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02 Your account
Provide accurate registration, contact, app, campaign, and payment information, and keep it up to date. Complete email verification and other required checks before using restricted features.
- Keep passwords, two-factor authentication recovery information, API bearer tokens, and postback secrets confidential. Public app identifiers are not substitutes for secret credentials.
- Use only accounts and payment destinations you are authorized to control. Do not share, sell, or use accounts to evade a restriction, duplicate a reward, or make a self-referral.
- Follow any multiple-account restriction shown during registration. Do not disguise links between accounts or submit false identity or location information.
- Contact Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Rotate or revoke exposed integration credentials.
You remain responsible for activity you authorize through your account or integrations. We may require additional verification before changing sensitive information or processing a payment.
03 Activities & rewards
Depending on availability and the publisher's settings, the offerwall may show offers, surveys, shortlinks, paid-to-click (PTC) ads, videos, tasks, and the Faucet. Availability can depend on the device, country, provider, campaign budget, daily limits, account status, and previous completions.
Complete the stated action honestly and follow its requirements. A page visit, screenshot, completed countdown, or browser success message alone does not guarantee credit. We use the relevant server-side completion record, provider confirmation, or task review to determine whether an activity qualifies. Estimated rewards may change before an activity starts; the applicable activity and settlement records determine the credited amount.
Faucet sessions
The Faucet uses a random number and its displayed reward table. It may require human verification, waiting steps on AoyTasks, and an external shortlink before a final claim. Finish the required steps in the same valid browser session. Sessions and claim opportunities expire; creating a new session invalidates the previous unfinished session. Limits, cooldowns, and verification still apply, and a particular reward is never guaranteed.
When you enter through a publisher's website or app, that publisher manages its own member account, reward currency, and member balance. Our completion report and the publisher's delivery or credit status may differ while a callback is pending or being retried. Contact Support with the activity details if a completion appears missing.
04 Publishers & API access
Publish the offerwall only through websites and apps you are authorized to operate and that are approved for the service. Describe reward conditions accurately and give your users an appropriate privacy notice. You are responsible for lawful collection and disclosure of the member identifiers, browser context, and other information your integration sends to us.
- Use a stable, accurate member identifier. Verify authenticated completion postbacks, process duplicate deliveries safely, and apply reversals to the correct original transaction.
- Keep bearer tokens and postback secrets on your backend. Follow the integration documentation, API scope, and request limits. Activity links and sessions have their own expiration rules.
- Do not forge completions, replay reward claims, hide required user actions, or use the API to bypass browser verification, CAPTCHA, timers, targeting, or account restrictions.
- Use the content-visibility settings to choose which supported categories appear in your app. Disabling a category does not create permission to launch it through a different route.
Bearer tokens have no scheduled expiration. Regenerating a token invalidates the previous token and its saved activity links. API access still requires an approved app and an eligible publisher account. A failed or delayed postback does not establish a new earning event. Use the reports and retry tools to reconcile the original event instead of crediting it again.
05 Advertising campaigns
You are responsible for your campaign content, destination, targeting, budget, and completion requirements. Submit clear, accurate descriptions and use destinations you are authorized to promote. Required actions and any cost to the participant must be disclosed before participation.
Do not submit illegal content, malware, credential theft, deceptive claims, unauthorized copyrighted material, or content designed to exploit or harm users. Do not change an approved destination to prohibited content or add hidden requirements after users begin an activity. We may reject, pause, or remove a campaign that violates these rules or cannot be delivered safely.
Campaign approval does not guarantee a volume of traffic, sales, conversions, or a particular business outcome. Targeting, competition, available users, budgets, and provider availability affect delivery. Third-party analytics can count visits differently from our validated activity records.
For tasks, provide instructions and proof requirements that can be reviewed fairly. Review submissions against the stated requirements and do not request unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, or payment credentials as proof.
06 Deposits & balances
Account, Purchase, and CPA balances serve different purposes. An advertising deposit funds the supported advertising balance; it does not become publisher earnings simply because it is unused. Check the currency, provider, network, recipient details, minimum, and fees before confirming a deposit or transfer.
A deposit is credited after the payment service confirms the required transaction details. Blockchain confirmations, provider checks, incorrect networks or addresses, and service interruptions can delay or prevent credit. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible, so do not send funds to an address or network that differs from the instructions shown.
Valid advertising delivery and completed actions are chargeable according to the applicable campaign terms. Pausing or removing a campaign does not automatically refund activity already delivered. If a payment or charge is incorrect, or you want to discuss unused funds, contact Support. Any available cancellation, correction, or refund is handled through the applicable feature or a reviewed support request, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
07 CPA advertising
CPA means Cost Per Action. It uses a separate campaign budget, server-to-server tracking, and named events. The current minimum transfer, campaign funding requirement, payout limits, and platform-fee tiers appear in the CPA screens and documentation and can be configured by the administrator.
A confirmed transfer from Purchase Balance to CPA Balance cannot be transferred back through the service. Review the amount and current minimum before confirming. This does not limit any refund or correction required by law.
For an accepted conversion, the configured gross payout is deducted from CPA Balance. The platform fee is taken from that payout; the remaining publisher amount and the publisher's reward settings determine the member reward. Fixed and dynamic payouts must stay within the campaign's configured rules. A click alone is not a chargeable conversion.
You must confirm genuine actions from your trusted backend using the correct click ID, event, and secret. Do not expose the secret in a browser or report a conversion before its requirements are met. Duplicate, unverifiable, out-of-scope, expired, or insufficiently funded requests may be rejected. Campaign pauses and budget or conversion caps can stop further delivery.
A valid CPA reversal cancels the original conversion and returns its original gross charge to CPA Balance. It also reverses the related publisher credit. It does not create a cash withdrawal or transfer back to Purchase Balance.
08 Withdrawals & payments
Withdrawals are available only when the feature, account, payment provider, asset, and destination are eligible. The withdrawal screen shows the current minimum, amount, exchange quote where relevant, and applicable provider or network fees. Quotes can expire and may need to be refreshed.
A request is subject to balance, security, account-health, and payment checks and may require administrator approval. Submitting a request does not mean funds have been sent. Processing depends on those checks, the provider, and any blockchain confirmation; these Terms do not promise a fixed payment schedule.
You must verify the recipient and network before confirming. If a request may already have been sent, it must be reconciled before it can safely be cancelled or refunded. A provider-confirmed failed payment or eligible cancellation is handled according to its recorded status. We cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to incorrect details you supplied.
You are responsible for taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your own income or transactions. Contact Support about a payment discrepancy and include its request or transaction identifier, without sending passwords or secret keys.
09 Reversals & disputes
An advertiser or provider may reject or reverse an action that did not qualify, was duplicated, was refunded, or is found to be invalid or fraudulent. Reversals can arrive after an initial credit. The applicable activity or provider rules and mandatory law govern the grounds and timing of a reversal.
We record accepted reversals against the original activity and adjust the related publisher and reward records. A reversal can reduce an available balance or leave an amount to be recovered from future earnings, and unresolved chargeback debt can prevent a withdrawal. Publishers must handle authenticated reversal postbacks and must not treat a retry as a second deduction.
Use the Chargeback filter in Completed Offers and the relevant conversion or payment report to find the original record. You may ask Support to review a disputed adjustment and supply relevant evidence. These Terms do not waive a lawful payment dispute, consumer remedy, or right to complain to an authority.
10 Fair use & security
Only genuine, authorized activity may earn rewards or generate campaign charges. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Bots, automated reward claims, click farms, fabricated task proof, false survey answers, collusion, and duplicate completions.
- VPN, proxy, location, account, or device manipulation used to misrepresent eligibility or evade a limit.
- Bypassing shortlinks, CAPTCHA, waiting steps, session binding, signatures, targeting, or other verification.
- Credential theft, unauthorized scraping, exploitation, denial-of-service traffic, or testing that disrupts the service or accesses another person's data.
Authorized API integrations are allowed within their documented scope and limits. They do not authorize automated completion of user activities. Security checks may use Cloudflare, CAPTCHA, IP and browser signals, and activity records as described in our Privacy Policy. Report a suspected vulnerability privately through Support without exploiting it further or disclosing personal data.
11 Content & ownership
You retain any rights you hold in campaign images, descriptions, and submitted proof. You grant us permission to host, display, transmit, and review that content as needed to operate, verify, and support the service. You must have the permissions needed for that use and must not upload content that violates someone else's rights.
Our branding, interface, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the integration materials and API for their intended, authorized purpose. Do not redistribute private software or credentials, remove ownership notices, or falsely claim an endorsement or partnership.
Advertiser, survey, shortlink, and other external destinations are operated under their own terms. Linking to them is not a guarantee of their content or performance. Check those terms and privacy notices before providing information or making a purchase.
12 Availability & liability
We work to keep the service available and records accurate, but interruptions, maintenance, provider failures, and errors can occur. Activities, integrations, and features may be changed or suspended. We do not guarantee continuous access, an uninterrupted external website, a particular earning level, or a campaign result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from interrupted access or a third party's service. These limitations apply only where lawful. They do not exclude liability or statutory warranties that cannot be excluded, or remove a duty to correct a verified transaction error.
Keep your own integration and business records, monitor callback delivery, and use the reports to reconcile activity. Notify Support of suspected inaccuracies so the underlying records can be reviewed.
13 Restrictions & review
We may restrict an account, app, campaign, API token, activity, or pending payment where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, protect users, comply with law, or resolve a security or payment issue. A security restriction can take effect before an investigation is complete.
Where a violation is substantiated, we may suspend or terminate the affected access and cancel invalid activity. Any balance adjustment must relate to the applicable transactions, obligations, or lawful remedy; an allegation alone does not make every unrelated earning invalid. Contact Support to request a review and provide relevant evidence. We may withhold sensitive detection details that would undermine security or disclose another person's data.
You may stop using the service and contact Support about account closure. Outstanding verified transactions, reversals, legal obligations, and records needed to resolve disputes may remain after closure, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
14 Updates & contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice, and additional agreement will be requested where required by law. Updated Terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed transaction.
For questions, account or payment reviews, or privacy requests, use Contact Support. Include your account or app identifier and relevant transaction details so the operator of AoyTasks can investigate. Do not include passwords, private wallet keys, API bearer tokens, or postback secrets.
