These Terms & Conditions apply to AoyTasks, including its earner, publisher and advertiser services. They explain the conditions for using an account, earning rewards and purchasing advertising. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@aoytasks.com.
Please read these terms before using the service. By creating an account or using an earning or advertising feature, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; it is not a request for blanket consent to every use of personal data.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the service and meet the age and location requirements of each activity and payment provider. AoyTasks is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can enter an agreement independently, do not use a feature unless the necessary permission is in place and that feature's provider permits your participation.
Provide accurate information and use accounts and payment destinations that you are authorised to control. Do not create duplicate accounts to obtain extra rewards, impersonate another person, share login credentials, or use another person's identity or payout account to evade restrictions. A legitimate partner account and its permitted earner access must still follow the rules for each activity.
Keep passwords, email access and verification devices secure. Complete the email, CAPTCHA, Telegram or other verification shown for your account. Enabling two-factor authentication adds a separate login check. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We will never need your wallet seed phrase or private key to resolve a support request.
2. How AoyTasks works
Partners can operate publisher networks and use the advertising tools available to their account. Earners enter through publisher links and select a connected network. Available activities may include paid-to-click (PTC) advertisements, shortlinks, offers, surveys, reading activities and the Lucky Faucet. Availability depends on the selected network, provider, country, device and campaign requirements.
Read the activity instructions, reward, viewing time and provider conditions before starting. Some activities open an external website or a new browser tab; others use an embedded frame. A provider's website and payment service may have additional terms. An advertisement appearing on AoyTasks is not a guarantee of the advertiser's claims, products or safety.
3. Rewards and confirmation
Rewards are earned only when the applicable requirements are met and the completion is validated. Starting an activity, opening a page or seeing a timer finish does not by itself guarantee a reward. PTC viewing may require the specified page to remain open and active, a valid viewing session, and a final confirmation. Reloading, closing a required page or changing browser context can invalidate an unfinished session.
Provider rewards may remain pending, be held for review, be declined or be reversed after a duplicate, invalid completion, cancellation or chargeback. Only confirmed amounts are available under the relevant payout rules. Report a missing or disputed reward with the activity name, date and transaction reference when available; do not submit duplicate completions to recover it.
Network revenue shares, display currencies, conversion rates and eligible publisher tiers affect the amount shown and credited. Rewards are attributed to the network used for the relevant confirmation. Switching networks may change future rewards and does not merge separate network balances. The amount and conditions presented for the applicable activity or purchase take precedence over general examples.
The Lucky Faucet requires its displayed shortlink, advertisement and waiting steps before a roll can be submitted. It currently uses a daily advertisement requirement and a countdown, normally 15 seconds. The displayed reward ranges, daily limit and cooldown apply to each claim. Daily boundaries use UTC. A randomly selected reward is not a promise of receiving the highest amount.
AoyTasks does not promise a minimum income, continuous activity availability or a return on money spent. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is worth your time and for any taxes that apply to your earnings.
4. Balances and payouts
Earning balances, network wallets and advertising credit serve different purposes. A displayed balance is a record within the service; it is not a bank deposit or a promise of investment returns. Payout methods, supported assets, minimum amounts, fees and verification requirements are shown in the payout flow and may vary by network or provider.
Check the recipient, asset and blockchain network carefully before confirming a request. Processing may depend on verification, provider availability and network confirmations. A transfer that has already been sent may not be recoverable. Contact support about an error or delayed request before submitting another one. AoyWallet and other payment providers maintain their own accounts, transaction records and terms.
5. Publishers and referrals
Publishers must accurately describe AoyTasks when inviting an audience and must not promise guaranteed earnings. Use only permitted traffic sources and accurately represent the destination of a publisher link. Revenue shares and eligible tier awards follow the settings and qualification rules shown in the publisher dashboard.
Do not use self-referrals, purchased fake users, misleading invitations or coordinated duplicate identities to increase revenue. Publisher attribution and reward records determine which network receives a share. Changing a network does not rewrite completed transactions.
6. Advertising, purchases and refunds
Advertisers are responsible for their campaign text, destination, targeting and any material they submit. You must hold the necessary rights to that content. Do not submit malware, phishing, deceptive payment requests, unlawful material, or campaigns that misrepresent what a visitor will receive. We may reject, pause or remove campaigns that breach these terms or create a security risk.
Review the quote, quantity, fees and total before paying. A payment or a purchased view does not guarantee a sale, sign-up or other business result. Campaign delivery depends on approval, available eligible traffic, targeting and the selected format. A website that prevents framing may not work in an iframe campaign.
Purchases are final unless a refund is required by applicable law or agreed after review of an error or undelivered service. Delivered advertising is generally non-refundable. There is no automatic right to withdraw unused advertising credit as earnings. For duplicate charges, payment errors, campaign rejection or unused delivery, contact contact@aoytasks.com with the purchase reference so the remaining service and payment status can be reviewed. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
7. Fair use and prohibited conduct
Do not use bots, automated clicks, scripts, emulators or fabricated viewing signals to claim rewards. Do not bypass CAPTCHA, viewing timers, device checks, provider restrictions or anti-fraud controls. VPNs, proxies and other location-masking methods must not be used to evade eligibility or identity checks and may cause an activity to be rejected under the applicable provider's rules.
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, overload the service, submit false completion information or obtain unauthorised access. Report a suspected security issue privately to our contact address without accessing other people's data or disrupting the service.
8. Reviews, restrictions and account closure
We may review, restrict or suspend access when there is evidence of invalid activity, an account-security issue, a payment dispute or a breach of these terms. Associated rewards may be held or corrected while the issue is investigated. You can request a review at contact@aoytasks.com. Include enough information to identify the account and activity, but do not email passwords, authentication codes or wallet secrets.
You may request account closure using the same address. Outstanding payouts, advertising commitments, disputes and records that must be retained may need to be resolved before closure is completed. Closing an AoyTasks account does not itself close an external provider or AoyWallet account.
9. Service availability and responsibility
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt features. Providers may change their availability or conditions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that an external offer will always be available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by an external provider, an incorrect payment destination supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
These terms do not take away protections that apply to you under mandatory law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as the law permits. Contact us first about a service dispute so it can be investigated; this does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website, with advance notice or renewed agreement where required. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed transaction.
